ABOUT US

We are two students in Sykesville Middle School's Gifted and Talented program. This year for G.T. we were assigned a project where we chose a problem in our community, and came up with a solution or way to help solve the problem. The problem we picked was poverty, and our solution is to run a 5k, raising money for homeless shelters. Even though we are only fourteen, we are determined to help make a difference in our world, one run at a time.

ABOUT

We are creating a 5k for overcoming poverty. We know that poverty is a big problem in our community, and by running a 5k, we can raise money for people who are affected by poverty. We are donating all profits we make to the Human Services Program. All profits will be made from the entrance fees.
